Jodie Chinn is a British interdisciplinary artist based in Barcelona. She studied Design at Goldsmith, University of London and recently Sound Art at Escola Massana. Jodie’s practice is typically collaborative, interactive and experiential. At the core of her work is the desire to reach the purest form of connection with her environment, people and self. Seeing how this fundamental desire for connection is in opposition to the patriarchal-capitalist system in which she lives, she therefore situates her art practice within this context: intending for it to act as a form of physical, mental, spiritual and societal healing through seeking and suggesting other worlds, other ways of being and other ways of seeing.
